Πρίζα σύνδεσης Kathrein ESD 30 Ασημί

The Kathrein ESD 30 Silver outlet box is an end antenna outlet with a compact, durable silver housing designed for reliable signal distribution in residential and commercial installations. It provides three ports (2 x 4-862 MHz, and SAT 950-2400 MHz) with DC passthrough on the SAT port and defined connection losses for VHF, UHF and SAT signals.

Advantages

The ESD 30 offers a sturdy metal enclosure that protects internal components while remaining compact for easy integration. It supports DC passage on the SAT port, enabling power supply to connected satellite equipment. The device specifies low insertion loss values for SAT reception and controlled losses for VHF and UHF bands, allowing predictable system planning.

How to use

Mount the ESD 30 in the desired location and connect incoming antenna or distribution lines to the appropriate input. Attach receiver or further distribution coaxial cables to the three output ports, ensuring the SAT receiver is connected to the SAT port if DC power feeding is required. Observe standard coaxial installation practices: use proper F-type connectors, tighten connections securely, and verify polarity where applicable. After installation, test VHF, UHF and satellite reception and adjust the system as needed to achieve expected signal levels considering the specified insertion losses.

Recommendations

Place the outlet box in a dry, ventilated area and avoid excessive mechanical stress on the housing and coaxial connectors. When using the DC-passthrough for satellite equipment, confirm compatibility with the receiver's power requirements and ensure upstream devices tolerate DC on the SAT line.
