Patchkabel Equip Cat.6 S/FTP RJ-45 1,0 m ροζ

The equip® Cat.6 S/FTP Patch Cord is a 1.0 m pink network cable designed for structured cabling and patch panels. Constructed from high-quality materials with S/FTP shielding and gold-plated RJ-45 connectors, the cable supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) and data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s while reducing electromagnetic interference for stable connections.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding provides enhanced protection against crosstalk and external interference, improving signal-to-noise margin. The Cat.6 specification offers higher bandwidth and lower error rates compared with lower-category cables. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure reliable contact and corrosion resistance. The 1 m length and pink colour make the cable easy to route and identify in crowded installations.

Suitable for

• Desktop PC to wall socket or patch panel connections
• Switch-to-switch short patching in server rooms and racks
• High-speed internet and VoIP telephone connections
• Home networks and small office setups where cable identification is helpful

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network device (PC, switch or router) and the other to the wall outlet or patch panel. Ensure connectors click into place and avoid sharp bends or pinching along the cable run. For best performance, keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources and run it separately from mains power cables where possible.

Recommendations

For reliable gigabit performance, use this Cat.6 S/FTP cable for links up to 1 m within racks or between nearby devices. Avoid excessive bending and do not exceed the specified length; replace the cable if connector damage or visible wear appears.
