Ντίζα ολόκληρου σπειρώματος Fischer RG M10 χάλυβας

The Fischer RG M10 Steel is a fully threaded rod made of steel with a length of 130 mm, supplied in a pack of 10 pieces. Designed for mechanical and structural fastening, the M10 thread profile provides compatibility with standard M10 nuts and fittings, enabling secure bolted connections in assemblies where length adjustment and high tensile performance are required.

Advantages

The fully threaded design allows for continuous thread engagement along the entire length, giving flexibility in positioning and clamping. Steel construction provides good tensile strength and resistance to shear forces under typical construction and installation loads. The consistent M10 metric thread ensures interchangeability with commonly available M10 components and simplifies inventory management. Supplied in a multi-pack, the rods are convenient for small to medium sized projects and repairs.

Suitable for

• Attaching fixtures and brackets to structural elements
• Joining components in metalwork and carpentry
• Securing assemblies in machinery and equipment
• Repair and maintenance tasks requiring standard M10 threads

Key specifications

• Material: steel
• Thread type: M10 (metric coarse)
• Length: 130 mm
• Pack quantity: 10 pieces
• Form: fully threaded rod (continuous threads along length)

How to use

Select an appropriate nut, washer or coupling designed for M10 threads and ensure mating threads are clean and undamaged before assembly. Insert the rod through the components to be fastened, position washers as needed to distribute load, and tighten nuts to the specified torque for your application. Cut or trim the rod to the required length if necessary and deburr cut ends to avoid thread damage. For load-bearing or safety-critical installations, follow structural plans and torque specifications provided by the equipment or structural designer.

Recommendations

For corrosion-prone environments, consider using a protective coating or alternative stainless material where specified. Ensure proper thread engagement length and use suitable locking devices or threadlocker where vibration may cause loosening. Always verify mechanical requirements such as tensile strength and torque values against project specifications before installation.
