Ούπα βίδας Fischer 570349 FID II Plus 80mm Λευκό 25 τεμ.

The Fischer FID II Plus 80 mm screw anchor is designed for fixing moderately heavy attachments to external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS). Supplied in a pack of 25 white anchors (MPN 570349, EAN 4048962504873), the FID II Plus features a plug tip with combined centering, milling and cutting functions that allow the anchor to be screwed in with pinpoint accuracy. For increased load capacity, the anchor can be used with compatible chemical components such as Fischer Fill&Fix or polyurethane foam.

Advantages

The FID II Plus plug offers precise installation thanks to its combined centering, milling and cutting tip, reducing the need for pre-drilling adjustments. Its design supports reliable fastening in insulation material and the option to use chemical anchors or PU foam improves pull-out and shear values. The 80 mm length and white colour make it suitable for typical ETICS applications while the 25-piece pack provides multiple fixings per job.

Suitable for

• Fixing wall boxes and parcel boxes to external insulation systems
• Mounting moderately heavy attachments on façade insulation
• Fastenings where improved load values are required using chemical anchors or PU foam

Key specifications

• Brand: FISCHER
• Model / MPN: 570349 (FID II Plus)
• Length: 80 mm
• Colour: White
• Quantity: 25 pieces per pack
• Suitable for: External thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS)
• EAN: 4048962504873

How to use

Place the anchor tip against the insulation at the intended fixing point and screw the anchor in; the combined centering, milling and cutting tip will create the correct seat in the insulation material. For increased load bearing requirements, insert a compatible chemical anchor (e.g., Fischer Fill&Fix) or apply PU foam into the drilled hole or around the anchor according to the chemical product instructions before tightening the fixing. Follow manufacturer torque recommendations and ensure the anchor length is appropriate for the total insulation thickness plus substrate engagement.

Recommendations

Use the FID II Plus anchors for moderately heavy external fixings where direct mechanical anchoring into ETICS is acceptable. For maximum load values, pair with Fischer Fill&Fix or approved PU foam and always verify substrate suitability and required embedment depth before installation.
