Microconnect V-UTP602-schlank Καλώδιο δικτύου Γκρι 2 m Cat6 U/UTP (UTP)

MicroConnect V-UTP602-SLIM is a slim Cat6 U/UTP networking cable with a length of 2 m and RJ-45 connectors on both ends. The grey cable supports Cat6 performance up to 250 MHz and data rates up to 10000 Mbit/s. Its reduced diameter increases flexibility and saves space in IT racks and cabinets while remaining backward compatible with Cat5e and Cat5.

Advantages

The slim design provides easier routing and improved accessibility in crowded racks and tight installations. Thinner, more flexible construction helps minimise airflow obstruction inside cabinets, which can reduce thermal stress and the risk of downtime. The cable is tested to Cat6 standard (up to 250 MHz) and is compatible with previous category cables, ensuring simple integration into existing networks.

Suitable for

• Rack and cabinet installations with limited space
• Office and data center patching
• Home network and workstation connections
• Upgrades where backward compatibility with Cat5e/Cat5 is required

How to use

Route the MicroConnect slim Cat6 cable between network devices or patch panels and terminate into RJ-45 ports on switches, routers or network sockets. Use the slim, flexible jacket to guide the cable through tight spaces and cable management channels. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and secured in the port; avoid excessive bending near the connector to preserve signal integrity.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid tight bends and sharp kinks, keep cables clear of high-power electrical sources to reduce interference, and maintain good cable management in racks to preserve airflow. The built-in snagless feature helps protect the connector clip during installation in confined spaces.
