Microconnect UTP630S Καλώδιο δικτύου μαύρο 30 m Cat6 U/UTP (UTP)

The Microconnect UTP630S UTP Cat6 30 m Black is an outdoor-rated Cat6 patch cable designed for reliable network connections over a 30 m length. It supports data rates up to 10000 Mbit/s and meets Cat6 performance up to 250 MHz. The cable features a double PE outer jacket for water and UV resistance and U/UTP construction to reduce interference, while maintaining backward compatibility with Cat5e and Cat5.

Advantages

This Cat6 outdoor patch cable combines a double PE outer jacket for enhanced protection against moisture and ultraviolet exposure with tested Cat6 electrical performance up to 250 MHz. The U/UTP design helps minimise electromagnetic interference, and backward compatibility with Cat5e/Cat5 simplifies upgrades. A reinforced connector strain relief reduces the risk of damage when routing the cable through tight spaces.

Suitable for

• Connecting outdoor surveillance cameras
• Facade and building exterior cable runs
• Garden, camping and other outdoor network connections
• Indoor use where a durable, weather-resistant cable is required

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat6, tested up to 250 MHz
• Length: 30 m

How to use

Route the Microconnect UTP630S cable between network devices or from a switch to an outdoor device such as an IP camera. Ensure connectors are properly terminated and protected from direct water ingress at termination points — use appropriate weatherproof junction boxes or gland fittings where needed. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling force; use the integrated strain relief when pulling through tight spaces to protect the connector.

Recommendations

For best long-term performance outdoors, secure the cable to supports at regular intervals, keep connection points elevated or sealed against moisture, and avoid prolonged exposure to mechanical abrasion. Follow local installation codes when routing cable across building exteriors.
