Microconnect UTP610O Καλώδιο δικτύου πορτοκαλί 10 m Cat6 U/UTP (UTP)

The MicroConnect UTP610O is a 10 m Cat6 UTP network cable with RJ-45 connectors designed for linking devices such as switches, modems or routers to each other or to structured cabling via patch panels, keystone jacks or wall outlets. It supports Cat6 performance up to 250 MHz and is backward compatible with Cat5e and Cat5. The cable features a snagless boot to protect the connector during installation and comes in orange for easy identification. Rated for data transfer speeds up to 10,000 Mbit/s, it suits small office and home network and entertainment applications.

Advantages

This Cat6 cable provides tested performance up to 250 MHz and backward compatibility with Cat5e/Cat5, ensuring reliable high-speed connectivity. The U/UTP construction delivers consistent signal integrity for typical LAN and multimedia use, while the snagless boot protects the RJ-45 connector during tight installations. The 10 m length and bright orange color simplify routing and identification in mixed-cable environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and modems to patch panels or wall outlets
• Small office and home networking
• HD streaming and multimedia over Ethernet
• Temporary or permanent installations where cable identification is needed

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat6 (tested to 250 MHz)
• Length: 10 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair)
• Data rate: up to 10,000 Mbit/s (specified)
• Colour: Orange
• Weight: 0.296 kg
• Brand: MicroConnect, MPN: UTP610O, EAN: 7331990042163

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network device (switch, router or modem) and the other into the destination port, such as a patch panel, keystone jack or wall outlet. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; the snagless boot helps protect the connector when pulling through tight spaces. For best performance, keep the cable away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference and follow standard installation practices for Cat6 cabling.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6 cable for horizontal or device-level connections in small office/home networks and AV setups. For runs longer than 10 m or for installations requiring shielded cabling, select an appropriate cable type and verify channel specifications to maintain Cat6 performance.
