Μπουλόνι αγκύρωσης Fischer FBN II 10/10

The Fischer bolt anchor FBN II 10/10 is a steel expansion anchor designed for cost-effective, reliable fixings in non-cracked concrete. With a total length of 86 mm and a drill diameter of 10 mm, this zinc-plated bolt anchor is suitable for internal applications such as railings, cable trays and consoles. The long thread and two selectable anchorage depths provide flexible installation options including stand-off, pre-positioned and push-through methods. Packs contain 50 pieces.

Advantages

The FBN II achieves maximum load-bearing capacity with the standard anchorage depth, which can reduce the number of fixing points and the size of anchor plates. Using the reduced anchorage depth lowers the required drill hole depth and simplifies installation. The long thread compensates for component tolerances and increases flexibility for stand-off installations. Assembly is straightforward due to minimal taps and low slippage, and the drive-in pin protects the thread from damage during installation and removal.

Suitable for

• Fixing railings in internal concrete structures
• Mounting cable trays and cable ladders
• Securing consoles, brackets and small metal fixtures
• Applications requiring stand-off or push-through installation

How to use

Drill a hole of 10 mm diameter to the required depth (standard or reduced anchorage depth as specified by project demands). Clean the hole of dust, insert the FBN II anchor in the chosen installation method (pre-positioned, push-through or stand-off), and tighten the bolt until the required torque or set depth is reached to expand the anchor in the concrete. Ensure the drive-in pin remains in place to protect the thread during installation and removal.

Recommendations

Use the standard anchorage depth to achieve maximum load-bearing capacity. For faster installation where full load is not required, use the reduced anchorage depth to shorten drill depth. Verify anchor spacing, edge distances and required torques against relevant standards and project specifications before installation.
