Microconnect UTP601O Καλώδιο δικτύου πορτοκαλί 1 m Cat6 U/UTP (UTP)

The Microconnect UTP601O is a 1 m Cat6 UTP networking cable with RJ-45 connectors designed for connecting switches, modems, routers or patch panels in home and small office networks. It supports Cat6 performance up to 250 MHz and high-speed data transfer rates up to 10000 Mbit/s while remaining backwards compatible with Cat5e and Cat5 installations. The cable is orange for easy identification and includes a snagless boot to protect the connector during installation in tight spaces.

Advantages

This Cat6 cable provides tested performance up to 250 MHz and supports multi-gigabit throughput, while maintaining compatibility with older Ethernet standards. The U/UTP construction offers reliable signal transmission for common networking and entertainment applications. The integrated snagless boot reduces the risk of connector damage when routing the cable through confined or crowded cable runs.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Connecting routers, modems and network switches
• Patch panel and keystone jack terminations
• Home and small office wired networks
• Networked entertainment devices (smart TVs, game consoles, media players)

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat6, tested to 250 MHz
• Length: 1 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Throughput: up to 10000 Mbit/s
• Shielding: U/UTP
• Colour: Orange
• Weight: 0.04 kg

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into your network device (router, modem, switch) and the other into the destination device, patch panel or wall outlet. Ensure connectors click into place and avoid sharp bends or excessive tension on the cable. Use the snagless boot when pulling the cable through tight spaces to protect the latch and maintain connector integrity.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, avoid running the cable alongside high-voltage power lines and maintain appropriate bend radius. For permanent installations, terminate through a patch panel or keystone jack and label the orange cable for quick identification within the infrastructure.
