Καλώδιο patch ShiverPeaks Cat 7 U/UTP RJ45 08-35024 — Καλώδιο δικτύου Ethernet

ShiverPeaks Cat 7 U/UTP RJ45 patch cable (model 08-35024) is an Ethernet networking cable designed for wired high-speed connections in office and home LANs, server racks and structured cabling environments. As a Category 7 unshielded U/UTP cable fitted with RJ45 terminations, it is intended for patching between switches, routers and network devices to support gigabit and multi-gigabit links where Cat 7 performance is required within a copper twisted-pair installation.

Advantages

The cable provides Category 7 performance in an unshielded U/UTP construction, offering higher frequency capability and improved crosstalk characteristics compared with lower category patch cords. Fitted with standard RJ45 connectors, it is compatible with common network equipment and patch panels, enabling straightforward installation and replacement. The cable is available in a 1 m length and in a red colour which can assist with visual cable management and identification in cabinets and racks.

Suitable for

• Patching between switches, routers and network devices in LAN environments
• Structured cabling connections in office or home networks
• Server rack and patch panel interconnections requiring Cat 7 performance
• Environments where colour-coded cabling aids identification and management

Key specifications

• Category: Cat 7
• Construction: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair)
• Connector type: RJ45
• Length: 1 m
• Colour: red

How to use

Insert the RJ45 plugs into the corresponding RJ45 sockets on switches, routers, patch panels or network devices until the connector latches click into place. Use the cable for short horizontal patching runs or device interconnects inside racks and cabinets. Ensure connectors are fully seated and that the cable is routed without sharp bends or pinch points to maintain signal integrity. For installation in structured cabling, follow local cabling standards and best practices when terminating and routing the cable.

Recommendations

Use the red colour to mark specific circuits or device groups and avoid running the cable near strong electromagnetic interference sources. For permanent horizontal runs or where additional shielding is required, consider appropriate cable types and installation practices that match site requirements.
