Microconnect MC-SFTP6A02 Καλώδιο δικτύου γκρι 2 m Cat6a S/FTP (S-STP)

The MicroConnect MC-SFTP6A02 is a 2 m Cat6a networking cable with S/FTP shielding designed for demanding environments that require 10 Gbit/s performance and wide bandwidth. The cable features gold-plated RJ-45 connectors for reliable conductivity, reinforced 50µ" RJ45 contacts for improved connection, latch protection to prevent clip breakage and meter markings on the boot for quick length identification. The grey colour provides a neutral appearance for structured cabling and office setups.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, helping to maintain stable 10 Gbit/s transmissions. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors improve signal transfer and resist corrosion. Latch protection prolongs connector life by preventing accidental clip damage, while meter markings on the boot make cable management and installation easier.

Suitable for

• Server rooms and data centers
• High-speed LANs and backbone connections
• Workstations and office network drops
• Audio/video streaming and professional AV installations

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat6a
• Length: 2 m
• Maximum data rate: 10000 Mbit/s (10 Gbit/s)
• Shielding: S/FTP
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated
• Colour: Grey
• Weight: 0.06 kg

How to use

Connect each RJ-45 end to the corresponding network port on devices such as switches, routers or network interface cards. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Use the meter markings on the boot to verify cable length when planning runs or labelling during installation.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid tight bends and excessive tension on the cable, maintain proper separation from high-voltage power lines to reduce interference, and use appropriate patch panels or shielded keystone jacks to preserve the S/FTP shielding continuity.
