Microconnect KAB017-100 Καλώδιο δικτύου Λευκό 100 m Cat6 S/FTP (S-STP)

The MicroConnect KAB017-100 is a non-terminated Cat6 networking cable on a 100 m reel designed for installation and processing with LSA termination. With S/FTP shielding and support for data rates up to 10000 Mbit/s, this white cable provides reliable performance for structured cabling in homes and offices.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, supporting stable high-speed connections. Supplied as a non-terminated install cable, it allows custom-length terminations and on-site connector fitting with LSA tools. The 100 m reel format and white jacket facilitate organized deployments and neat visible runs.

Suitable for

• Structured home and small-office networks
• Patch panels and wall outlets with LSA termination
• Horizontal cabling in office floors and server rooms

How to use

Run the cable between network points following building and safety codes. Prepare and trim the jacket and pairs according to the chosen LSA termination pattern. Terminate the pairs on patch panels, keystone jacks or distribution blocks using compatible LSA punch-down tools, then test each link with a cable tester to verify continuity, pair mapping and performance.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid tight bends and maintain proper separation from power cables; use certified LSA termination tools and perform post-installation testing to ensure the link meets Cat6 performance requirements.
