Lindy 0,5m Cat.6 U/UTP καλώδιο δικτύου, πορτοκαλί

Network Cable Lindy 0.5m Cat.6 U/UTP Orange is a 0.5 metre Cat.6 U/UTP patch cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, designed for data transmission up to 1GBase-T and supporting operating frequencies up to 250 MHz. The unshielded construction meets ISO/IEC 11801 specifications and is supplied in an individual polybag. The cable’s orange colour enables easy identification in installations.

Advantages

The cable supports Gigabit Ethernet thanks to optimized electrophysical parameters (NExT, FExT, etc.) despite being unshielded, and has gold-plated contacts for reliable, corrosion-resistant connections over long periods. A snagless strain relief protects the connector latch from damage during installation and removal.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches and routers within local networks
• Patch panel and wall outlet connections in office and home environments
• Short-distance links where cable identification is required (orange colour)

Key specifications

• Length: 0.5 m
• Standard: Cat.6 (ISO/IEC 11801)
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded)
• Operating frequency: up to 250 MHz
• Maximum supported Ethernet: up to 1GBase-T
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Contacts: gold-plated
• Colour: Orange

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet ports on your devices (for example, PC to switch or router). Ensure connectors fully click into place; the snagless strain relief protects the latch during handling. Route the 0.5 m cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension for reliable performance.

Recommendations

Use this Cat.6 U/UTP cable for short patch connections and structured cabling segments requiring clear visual identification. For environments with strong electromagnetic interference, consider using a shielded cable (S/FTP or F/UTP) instead.
