Microconnect B-UTP603P Καλώδιο δικτύου βιολετί 3 m Cat6 U/UTP (UTP)

The Microconnect B-UTP603P RJ-45 Cat6 3m Purple is a 3-metre U/UTP network cable that connects devices such as switches, modems or routers to each other or to structured wiring via a patch panel, keystone jack or wall outlet. It complies with the Cat6 standard, is tested up to 250 MHz and is backward compatible with Cat5e and Cat5. The cable uses RJ-45 connectors on both ends and includes latch protection to reduce the risk of connector damage during installations in confined spaces. Its purple colour makes cable identification easier in multi-cable environments.

Advantages

This Cat6 networking cable supports high-speed data transfer and is suitable for home and small office networks as well as entertainment setups. Tested to the Cat6 frequency of 250 MHz, it ensures reliable performance and compatibility with older Cat5e/Cat5 equipment. The fitted RJ-45 connectors and latch protection provide secure connections and improved durability during installation and reconfiguration.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and modems
• Patch panel and keystone jack connections
• Home networks and small office setups
• Audio/video and entertainment systems

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat6 (tested to 250 MHz)
• Shielding: U/UTP
• Maximum data rate (manufacturer): up to 10000 Mbit/s
• Length: 3 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Colour: Purple
• Weight: 0.068 kg

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the network ports of the devices or into the appropriate ports on a patch panel or wall outlet. Ensure connectors click into place and the latch engages to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress; avoid running the cable alongside high-voltage power lines to minimise interference. For structured installations, label both ends if needed to simplify future maintenance.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6 cable for standard Ethernet connections in home and small office environments. For optimal performance maintain cable bends above the minimum bend radius and avoid excessive pulling force when installing in confined spaces.
