Μη διαχειριζόμενος διακόπτης PLANET IGS-504PT 10/100/1000T PoE 5 θύρες

The PLANET IGS-504PT is an unmanaged industrial-grade 5-port Gigabit Ethernet switch with four 802.3at PoE+ ports and one uplink RJ45 port. Designed for narrow or harsh environments, it delivers wire-speed Gigabit performance, a total PoE budget of up to 120 W, and wide operating temperature range in a rugged IP30 metal housing. The switch accepts 48–54 V DC dual power input for redundancy and provides unattended, plug-and-play PoE deployment for powered devices.

Advantages

The IGS-504PT supplies up to 30 W per PoE+ port and a combined 120 W power budget, enabling simultaneous connection of standard and high-power devices without configuration. Its compact metal enclosure with IP30 rating and fanless, ventilated design offers immunity to electromagnetic interference and electrical surges while operating from -40 to 75 °C. Built-in Ethernet ESD protection (±6 kV contact, ±8 kV air) and ±6 kV surge immunity increase stability in industrial installations. Dual 48–54 V DC inputs support automatic hardware failover for high availability.

Suitable for

• Installation in narrow or space-limited enclosures, cabinets or wall mounts
• Industrial networking at factory floors, traffic control cabinets, or outdoor enclosures (non-ventilated)
• Powering PoE/PoE+ devices such as IP cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones

How to use

Mount the IGS-504PT on a wall or DIN rail in the chosen enclosure. Connect the DC power supplies to the dual 48–54 V inputs to enable redundancy. Attach uplink and device cables to the RJ45 ports; PoE devices receive power automatically according to IEEE 802.3at without configuration. For extended reach, connect PLANET PoE extenders in series to power devices located beyond 100 meters. Ensure proper grounding and follow local electrical codes when installing.

Recommendations

The switch is intended for industrial or harsh environments; avoid placing it in locations that exceed the specified temperature range or expose it to direct water ingress. Use certified 48–54 V DC power supplies and appropriate surge protection when deploying in areas with frequent electrical transients.
