METZ BTR 151J1JOAO10E OpDAT OM3 LC-Duplex σε 2x ST Πολύτροπο Καλώδιο Patch οπτικών ινών, 1m, Aqua, LSZH

For high-speed multimode fiber links where space and reliability matter, the METZ BTR 151J1JOAO10E OpDAT patch cable delivers OM3 performance in a compact 1-meter length. Unlike generic jumpers, its LC-duplex to dual-ST configuration bridges modern transceivers to legacy ST patching without adapters or extra loss. The aqua LSZH jacket meets strict indoor fire-safety codes, while precision-polished connectors keep insertion loss low and return loss high—ideal for 10G Ethernet backbones, SANs, and data-center cross-connects.

Highlights

• OM3 multimode fiber: 50/125 µm core, optimized for 850 nm VCSEL transmission
• LC-duplex on one end, two ST simplex connectors on the other—no adapter needed
• 1-meter length reduces slack and improves cable management in racks
• Aqua LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket: flame-retardant, low smoke, halogen-free
• Low insertion loss (≤0.3 dB typical) and high return loss (≥30 dB) for stable links
• Supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet up to 300 meters on OM3 (per IEEE 802.3ae)

In daily use

Patch panels, switches, and media converters often mix LC and ST ports. This cable eliminates the need for hybrid adapters or couplers, reducing points of failure. The duplex zip-cord design keeps transmit and receive fibers together, while the LSZH jacket ensures compliance with indoor installation requirements in public buildings, offices, and data centers. Bend-insensitive fiber (per OM3 standard) tolerates tight routing without excessive loss.
