Καλώδιο Δικτύου EFB Elektronik EC020200028 25m Cat6a S/FTP Λευκό

The EFB Elektronik EC020200028 25m Cat6a S/FTP networking cable in white is built for high-speed wired Ethernet connections supporting data rates up to 10000 Mbit/s. The cable uses Cat6a specification with S/FTP shielding to minimise electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, and it is terminated with RJ-45 connectors featuring gold-plated contacts for consistent signal transmission and corrosion resistance. With a 25 m length, this cable provides a flexible solution for linking devices across larger rooms or between network equipment in home and office environments.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction combines an overall braid shield with individually foil-shielded pairs to reduce both external interference and pair-to-pair crosstalk, improving signal integrity for high-bandwidth applications. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors offer reliable contact and lower contact resistance over time. The Cat6a specification supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet over copper at the specified distances, and the 25 m length gives extended reach without compromising performance when properly installed.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections in home networks and small offices
• High-definition video streaming and real-time data transfer
• Connecting switches, routers, NAS devices, and desktop workstations
• Cabling between server racks and access points within the same building

How to use

Route the 25 m Cat6a S/FTP cable between network devices ensuring gentle bends and avoiding sharp kinks to maintain cable performance. Plug each RJ-45 connector into the appropriate Ethernet ports on your devices, ensuring a secure latch. When installing near potential sources of interference, orient the cable to limit parallel runs with power lines and keep separation from large electrical equipment. For permanent or wall installations consider using cable management accessories and follow local wiring codes for shielding grounding if required.

Recommendations

For optimal 10 Gigabit performance, maintain proper installation practice: avoid excessive bending, do not exceed the cable’s maximum recommended pull force, and where shield termination is required, ensure the shield is properly grounded at one end according to site grounding policy.
