Lindy 47717 Καλώδιο δικτύου μπλε 1 m Cat6 S/FTP (S-STP)

The Lindy Cat.6 S/FTP RJ-45 Cat6 1m Blue networking cable (MPN 47717, EAN 4002888477178) is a shielded Ethernet cable designed for reliable gigabit data transmission in local network environments. The S/FTP construction combines overall screening with individually foil-shielded pairs to reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk. Terminated with RJ-45 connectors and gold-plated contacts, this Cat6 cable supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) applications and is supplied in a 1 m length with a blue jacket for easy identification.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding improves signal integrity in environments with potential external interference from nearby power lines or electronic equipment. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts provide consistent conductivity and resistance to corrosion, helping maintain connection quality over time. The Cat6 specification allows for gigabit Ethernet performance, making it suitable for modern network devices. A compact 1 m length reduces cable clutter for close-proximity connections and the blue outer jacket aids cable management and visual identification.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches, routers and networked peripherals within the same rack or desktop area
• Home and small office gigabit Ethernet links where interference reduction is desired
• Patch panel to switch connections in structured cabling installations
• Temporary or permanent connections in environments with nearby electronic equipment

How to use

Identify the devices to be linked and ensure both network ports support RJ-45 connections. Insert one RJ-45 connector into the network port of the first device and the other connector into the second device until the latch clicks into place. For best performance, avoid sharp bends or kinks in the cable and keep the run length within the specified 1 m. If installing in a patch panel or switch, route the cable to minimize strain on the connectors and maintain the shielding continuity by avoiding damage to the jacket.

Recommendations

Use this Lindy Cat.6 S/FTP cable for short-distance gigabit Ethernet connections where reduced interference is required. Store spare cables coiled without tight loops, and inspect connectors periodically for dust or damage to maintain reliable network performance.
