Καλώδιο δικτύου VALUE 5m S/FTP Cat.6a RJ-45 μαύρο

The VALUE 5m S/FTP Cat.6a RJ-45 Black is a 5‑metre patch cable designed for wired network connections, supporting data transfer rates up to 10 Gbit/s and a bandwidth of 500 MHz. It uses a shielded twisted pair (S/FTP, pairs in overall braid) construction with 8 conductors and an impedance of 100 Ω. Both ends are fitted with gold‑plated RJ-45 connectors wired 1:1 to the EIA/TIA 568 standard.

Advantages

Shielded S/FTP construction (foil on pairs plus braided overall shield) reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, improving signal integrity in environments with potential noise. Gold‑plated RJ-45 contacts provide reliable connectivity and corrosion resistance. The moulded kink protection at each connector increases durability, and the flexible jacket allows routing in confined spaces and narrow bends.

Suitable for

• 10GBase‑T Ethernet connections in offices and data cabinets
• High‑speed links between switches, routers and servers
• Structured cabling where shielded Cat.6a cable is required
• Home and small business networks needing 10 Gbit/s performance over short runs

Key specifications

• Length: 5 m
• Standard: Cat.6a, 10GBase‑T
• Data rate: up to 10 Gbit/s
• Bandwidth: 500 MHz
• Construction: 8 conductors, S/FTP (pairs foil‑shielded, overall braid)
• Impedance: 100 Ω
• Connectors: RJ‑45 to RJ‑45, gold‑plated, contact wiring 1:1 (EIA/TIA 568)
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect one RJ‑45 plug to your network device (switch, router, network card) and the other plug to the corresponding port on the second device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Avoid excessive bending near the connector and do not stretch the cable; maintain the minimum bend radius where possible. For installations requiring continuous shielding, ensure connectors and equipment are properly grounded.

Recommendations

The cable is intended for short to medium permanent or patch connections up to 5 m. Use S/FTP Cat.6a cable in environments with potential external interference or where standards require shielded cabling. For outdoor use or direct burial, select a cable rated for those conditions.
