Lindy 47411 Καλώδιο δικτύου μαύρο 0,5 m Cat6a S/FTP (S-STP)

The Lindy 47411 Black 0.5m Cat6 S/FTP networking cable provides a short, high-performance connection between RJ-45 ports for Gigabit Ethernet environments. Constructed to Cat6 specification with S/FTP (overall foil with individually braided shields) it reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk to maintain stable data rates for 10/100/1000Base-T(X) applications. Gold-plated contacts on the compact RJ-45 connectors improve signal contact and corrosion resistance while the black jacket offers a discreet appearance for both home and office installations.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding design provides enhanced protection against external interference and pair-to-pair crosstalk compared with unshielded cables. Cat6 specification supports reliable Gigabit performance across short runs, and the 0.5 m length minimises excess cable clutter. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts ensure consistent contact quality and reduced oxidisation risk. The cable’s black outer jacket is durable and suited to visible or concealed routing in racks, desks or AV setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting network devices in close proximity such as switches, patch panels and routers
• Home or office Gigabit Ethernet links where short cable runs are required
• AV installations and equipment racks requiring shielded connections to reduce interference
• Temporary or permanent setups needing a neat, discreet black cable

How to use

Identify the devices to connect and ensure both ports are compatible with RJ-45 and support the intended network speed. Insert each RJ-45 connector fully into the corresponding port until a positive click confirms engagement. For best results, avoid tight bends at the connector ends and keep the 0.5 m cable run free from strong electromagnetic sources where possible. Verify link lights on connected devices or run a network test to confirm the connection and negotiated speed.

Recommendations

Use this 0.5 m Lindy Cat6 S/FTP cable for short, shielded connections between networking equipment where reduced interference and a tidy installation are priorities. Avoid exposing the cable to extreme temperatures or mechanical strain; maintain gentle bend radii and secure connections in patch panels or cable management channels to preserve performance.
