Lindy 1m Cat.6A S/FTP LSZH καλώδιο δικτύου, γκρι

The Lindy 1m Cat.6A RJ-45 S/FTP Grey network cable is a shielded Ethernet cable designed for 10 Gigabit Ethernet up to 500 MHz. It features S/FTP construction with an overall braided shield and foil shielding for each pair, LSZH (halogen-free) jacket material and gold-plated RJ-45 contacts. The cable is supplied individually in a polybag and is intended for reliable, low-smoke installations in public or commercial environments.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, supporting stable high-speed data transmission for 10GBase-T applications. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts provide corrosion resistance and consistent electrical contact. The snagless connector design protects the latch during installation and removal. The LSZH sheath minimizes smoke and avoids toxic halogen emissions, making the cable suitable for use where low smoke and toxicity are required.

Suitable for

• High-speed LAN connections (10GBase-T)
• Office and data center horizontal cabling
• Public spaces and installations requiring low smoke/halogen-free materials
• Connecting network devices over short distances (patching)

Key specifications

• Length: 1 m
• Standard: Cat.6A (compliant with ISO/IEC 11801)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + foil per pair)
• Bandwidth / Frequency: up to 500 MHz
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts, snagless design
• Jacket material: LSZH (halogen-free)
• Colour: Grey
• Suitable for: 10/100/1000Base-T(X) and 10GBase-T

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network ports of your devices (switch, router, patch panel or computer). Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Use the cable for patching in racks, connecting endpoints or linking network equipment over short distances. Avoid sharp bends and excessive tension to maintain performance and shielding integrity.

Recommendations

The cable is intended for indoor use and short patch connections; do not expose it to moisture or direct sunlight. For permanent horizontal infrastructure in compliance with local codes, verify installation requirements and use appropriate cable management and strain relief to preserve shielding and connector reliability.
