Its dimensions provide a balance between penetration depth and exposed length, enabling attachment of a variety of elements without requiring specialized equipment. The anchor’s design supports rapid assembly work and reduces installation time by permitting direct hammer setting into predrilled holes.

Suitable for

• Securing light to medium loads in concrete and masonry
• Fixing metal profiles, brackets and channels
• Attaching fixtures and components in renovation works
• Temporary and permanent mechanical connections where nail anchors are appropriate

Key specifications

• Diameter: 8 mm
• Total length: 100 mm
• Effective embedment depth: 60 mm
• Type: mechanical nail anchor
• Installation method: hammer setting into predrilled hole

How to use

Drill a hole of the correct diameter and depth in the base material according to the anchor dimensions. Clean the hole from dust and debris. Insert the Nail Anchor FISCHER N 8 x 100/60 S into the hole so that the required embedment depth is reached. Set the anchor by striking the nail with a hammer until the anchor is firmly seated. After setting, attach the fixture or profile and check the connection for stability. Follow local building practices and load requirements when determining spacing and number of anchors.

Recommendations

Use the anchor only in suitable base materials and verify drill diameter and embedment depth before installation. Ensure substrate condition and load demands match the anchor’s intended use. For critical or safety‑related applications consult the manufacturer’s technical documentation or a structural engineer to confirm suitability and required spacing.
