Καλώδιο Patch FTP Cat.5e VALUE 2 m Γκρι

VALUE FTP Patch Cord Cat.5e 2 m in grey is a screened Ethernet connection cable with RJ-45 plugs on both ends, designed for structured building cabling and reliable data transmission up to 100 Mbit/s. The cable contains eight copper conductors and full screening with aluminium laminated foil to reduce electromagnetic interference. Contact assignment follows the EIA/TIA 568 standard (1:1), and both RJ-45 plugs include kink protection.

Advantages

The screened design (FTP) provides improved protection against external interference compared with unshielded cables, while the standardized 1:1 contact wiring ensures compatibility with common network devices. The 2 m length and grey jacket offer a neat, professional appearance suitable for patch panels and desk connections. Kink protection on the RJ-45 plugs reduces connector stress and extends connector life.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches and routers in home and small office networks
• Patch panel to wall outlet or switch-to-switch short connections
• Structured building cabling where screened Cat5e cables are required

• Brand / MPN / EAN: VALUE / 21.99.0102 / 7611990174546

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network device (PC, switch, router) and the other plug to the target port such as a patch panel or wall outlet. Ensure that connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks and avoid excessive bending near the kink protection. For best performance, keep cable runs within recommended lengths for Ethernet and avoid running alongside strong electrical power lines.

Recommendations

Use this FTP patch cord where reduced electromagnetic interference is required; for unshielded environments a UTP Cat.5e cable may suffice. For Gigabit Ethernet or higher speeds, consider Cat6/ Cat6a alternatives.
