Καλώδιο Patch DIGITUS - CAT6 - U/UTP - Snagless - Cu - 10 m - λευκό

The DIGITUS Network Cable CAT 6 U/UTP RJ-45 Cat6 10m in white is a Category 6 patch cord designed for reliable network connections and compliance with current cabling standards. It features copper conductors, RJ-45 connectors on both ends, and is manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801 and DIN EN 50173 Category 6 specifications. The cable supports performance up to 250 MHz and is PoE+ ready.

Advantages

The cable uses an LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) sheath for improved fire behaviour and reduced smoke emissions. A transparent red colored plug allows easy identification of Category 6 cables. Each connector has a molded boot with kink protection, strain relief and a latch protection to prevent the latch from breaking. Chrome-plated contacts and U/UTP construction ensure stable data transmission and durable connectivity.

Suitable for

• Structured Ethernet networks in offices and data rooms
• Connecting switches, routers, patch panels and end devices
• PoE and PoE+ powered devices such as IP phones and access points
• Short- to medium-length horizontal cabling runs (up to 10 m)

Key specifications

• Standard: Category 6 (Class E), tested to ISO/IEC 11801 and DIN EN 50173
• Bandwidth: up to 250 MHz
• Conductor material: Copper (Cu)
• Length: 10 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Sheath: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Color: White (connector plug transparent red for Category identification)
• PoE: PoE+ ready

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your network device (switch, router, patch panel or endpoint) and the other to the corresponding port on the opposite device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and strong tension; use the molded boot and strain relief features to minimize stress at the connector. For best performance, keep cable runs within recommended distances and separate from sources of strong electromagnetic interference.

Recommendations

Use the white 10 m DIGITUS CAT 6 U/UTP patch cord for horizontal and patch cabling where Category 6 performance is required. Prefer LSZH-sheathed cables in buildings with strict fire-safety requirements. Verify PoE/PoE+ compatibility with your powered devices and maintain proper cable management to preserve signal quality.
