Καλώδιο οπτικών ινών EFB Elektronik O0347.1 1 m ST SC μωβ

The EFB Elektronik O0347.1 is a 1 m fibre optic cable with ST and SC connectors, designed for high-speed networking. It uses a 50 µm core (OM4 multimode) and a purple LSZH sheath for easy identification and reduced smoke and halogen emissions. The cable is reinforced with aramid yarn for improved tensile strength and long-term stability; connectors meet IEC quality grades specified for multimode and singlemode use, and each patch cord is 100% checked and supplied with an individual test protocol.

Advantages

The cable offers OM4 multimode performance suitable for short- and medium-distance high-bandwidth links, an LSZH outer jacket that is halogen-free and flame-retardant to meet safety standards, and aramid reinforcement to resist mechanical stress. ST and SC connector types provide compatibility with common optical equipment and patch panels. Each unit is factory-tested with an individual test report for traceable quality assurance.

Suitable for

• Data centre and server room interconnects
• Patch panels and optical distribution frames
• High-bandwidth multimode links (short to medium distances)
• Environments requiring LSZH cabling (public buildings, confined spaces)

How to use

Connect the SC and ST ends of the fibre optic patch cord to the matching ports on your equipment or patch panel, ensuring correct alignment and secure seating of the connectors. Avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress on the cable; maintain the minimum bend radius specified for multimode fibre during installation. Use the provided test protocol to verify end-to-end connectivity and insertion loss after installation.

Recommendations

Store and route the fibre cable in dedicated trays or conduits, avoid exposure to tensile loads exceeding recommended limits, and keep connector endfaces clean—use appropriate fibre cleaning tools before mating. For installations in safety-sensitive or public areas choose LSZH cabling to reduce toxic fumes in case of fire.
