Καλώδιο οπτικών ινών EFB Elektronik O0330.3 3 m LC πορτοκαλί

The EFB Elektronik O0330.3 3 m LC Orange is a 3-metre OM1 multimode fibre optic patch cable with LC connectors on both ends and a 62.5 µm core diameter. Designed for duplex links, the cable provides reliable optical transmission for short-range network connections and patch-panel routing. Its orange jacket color follows common fibre cabling color conventions for OM1 multimode, which helps with fast identification and organized cable management in racks and enclosures.

Advantages

The cable combines a standardized 62.5/125 µm multimode core with LC duplex terminations to enable compatibility with a wide range of networking equipment that uses LC ports. The 3-metre length is suitable for horizontal and rack-to-rack connections without excess slack. The durable outer jacket protects the fibre from mechanical stress and everyday handling, while the polished LC ferrules support low-insertion-loss connections for consistent link performance.

Key specifications

• Fibre type: OM1 multimode
• Core diameter: 62.5 µm
• Connector type: LC — LC duplex
• Length: 3 m
• Jacket color: Orange
• Transmission: Full duplex

How to use

For installation, route the cable between devices or between a device and a patch panel, avoiding tight bends and sharp edges that may stress the fibre. Insert each LC connector into the corresponding LC port until it latches; ensure polarity is correct for duplex links. Use cable management accessories such as cable ties or dedicated fibre managers to maintain bend-radius limits and prevent microbending. Before finalizing the installation, inspect connector endfaces and clean them if necessary to maintain low loss and reliable transmission.

Recommendations

Store and handle the cable in clean, dry conditions. Maintain a minimum bend radius as specified by standard multimode optical fibres (avoid bends tighter than typically 10× the cable diameter). Clean connectors with appropriate fibre cleaning tools before connecting and label both ends for easy identification in patch panels and racks.
