Καλώδιο Ethernet ProXtend CAT6 RJ-45 5m πορτοκαλί

The ProXtend CAT6 F/UTP CCA Ethernet Cable (5 m) with RJ-45 connectors provides a cost-effective wired network connection for home and office environments. Constructed with copper-clad aluminium (CCA) strands and AWG 26 conductors, the cable is shielded with an overall foil screen (F/UTP) to reduce electromagnetic interference. Gold-plated contacts and reinforced strain relief with latch protection improve connector durability and secure installation. The cable comes in a visible orange color and supports Gigabit Ethernet speeds up to 1000 Mbit/s.

Advantages

This Ethernet cable combines cost-efficiency and basic shielding: the CCA conductor reduces material costs while the foil shield helps protect against EMI. Reinforced strain relief and latch protection decrease the risk of connector damage during plugging and routing. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts enhance contact reliability and resist corrosion. The 5 m length provides flexibility for typical desk-to-switch or rack-to-device connections.

Suitable for

• Home networks and small office wired connections
• Connecting computers, routers, switches and networked devices at Gigabit speeds
• Temporary or permanent patching in structured cabling where visible cable color is useful

How to use

Route the cable between the two network endpoints (for example, PC to switch or router) and insert the RJ-45 plugs into the corresponding Ethernet ports until the latch clicks. Avoid tight bends and sharp kinks; keep the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic noise where possible. Secure the cable with cable ties or clips if needed to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

Use this ProXtend CAT6 F/UTP CCA cable for standard Gigabit Ethernet connections in residential and small office settings. For installations requiring maximum conductor performance over long runs or in environments with very high interference, consider full-copper (solid or stranded) Cat6 or Cat6a cables with appropriate shielding.
