ShiverPeaks 75511-0.25R is a halogen-free Cat.7 network patch cable with S/FTP shielding and PIMF (pair in metal foil) construction. The 0.25 m red cable is intended for short connections in structured cabling where high data rates and reduced electromagnetic interference are required. It conforms to the manufacturer's designation as a Category 7 raw patch cable for reliable LAN connectivity.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding and PIMF design provide strong protection against crosstalk and external interference while the halogen-free jacket reduces toxic gas emission in case of fire. Its short 0.25 m length is useful for tidy, low-latency connections between devices in patch panels, switches and wall outlets. The RJ45 terminations ensure compatibility with standard network ports.

Suitable for

• Short patch connections in server racks and patch panels
• Connecting switches to nearby devices
• Compact workspaces where a short cable run is needed

How to use

Plug one RJ45 connector into the network port of the source device (switch, patch panel or wall outlet) and the other connector into the target device. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress; maintain proper cable management in racks or on desks. For best performance, keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources such as large motors or unshielded power lines.

Recommendations

The cable is designed for short, high-speed connections within local network installations. Do not exceed the intended 0.25 m run length for permanent horizontal cabling; use appropriate longer certified cables for extended links.
