Networking Cable Telegärtner Patch Cord MP8 FS 600 LSZH 25m Grey is a 25-metre patch cord designed for reliable network connections. The cable uses a Li02YSCH 4x2x AWG 27/7 PiMF structure with PE insulation and an overall shield consisting of aluminium foil and a tin-plated copper braid. The outer jacket diameter measures approximately 5.7 mm and the LSZH jacket material reduces smoke and halogen emission in case of fire.

Advantages

The MP8 FS 600 offers over 750 mating cycles durability and a colour code conforming to ISO/IEC 11801 for consistent wiring. Its stranded AWG 27 (7x0.14 mm) conductors with pair-in-metal-foil (PiMF) construction and dual overall shielding provide improved signal integrity and reduced electromagnetic interference. The LSZH outer jacket adds safety in enclosed or public spaces.

Suitable for

• Connecting network devices in data cabinets and patch panels
• Office and commercial LAN installations
• Environments requiring low-smoke, halogen-free cabling

How to use

Route the Telegärtner MP8 FS 600 patch cord between networking ports, ensuring connectors are fully seated in patch panels, switches or outlets. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling force; maintain the minimum bend radius recommended for the cable type. For installations in racks or conduits, secure the cable to prevent strain on connectors and observe standard structured cabling practices when connecting to equipment.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep cable runs within recommended length limits for the network technology in use, avoid running parallel to high-voltage power lines, and inspect terminations periodically. Use the colour coding per ISO/IEC 11801 to maintain consistent wiring and simplify troubleshooting.
