Καλώδιο δικτύου ShiverPeaks BS75511-0.5Y-SET5

The ShiverPeaks BS75511-0.5Y-SET5 is a 0.5 m Cat7 networking cable with S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends. Designed for short link connections where high data throughput and minimal interference are required, this yellow cable provides a visible and compact solution for patching between devices in racks, wall outlets, or desktop setups.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding combines an overall braid with individually shielded pairs to reduce crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference, supporting high-speed transmissions. The Cat7 specification supports higher frequency performance compared with lower category cables, while the compact 0.5 m length avoids excess cable clutter. Standard RJ-45 connectors ensure compatibility with a wide range of network equipment.

Suitable for

• Short patch connections between switches, patch panels and servers
• Visible, color-coded cabling in wiring closets and desk areas
• High-performance LAN segments requiring reduced interference
• Home or office environments where a short, reliable Ethernet link is needed

Key specifications

• Category: Cat7
• Length: 0.5 m
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + individually shielded pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends
• Color: Yellow
• Use: Network patch/short link

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device (switch, router, patch panel or network card) and the other end to the corresponding port on the paired device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the locking tab clicks. Use the 0.5 m cable for close device connections to minimize cable slack and maintain tidy cabling. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling to preserve shielding integrity.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat7 S/FTP cable within structured cabling runs of short length and pair it with shielded network equipment when possible. Keep the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference, and secure it to avoid strain on connectors.
