Καλώδιο δικτύου ROLINE 21.15.1852 RJ-45 Cat8.1 2 m κίτρινο

The ROLINE 21.15.1852 RJ-45 Cat8.1 networking cable is a 2 m, yellow S/FTP cable designed for high-speed Ethernet links. Compliant with the Cat8.1 standard, it supports short-distance 25GBASE-T and 40GBASE-T applications and provides improved data transfer rates over earlier twisted-pair categories. The cable is halogen-free and flame-retardant (LSOH) and carries GHMT certification for quality and performance.

Advantages

This Cat8.1 cable offers S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, RJ-45 connectors on both ends for broad device compatibility, and a visible yellow jacket to simplify cable management. Its construction supports next-generation Ethernet speeds over twisted-pair cabling while maintaining safety properties (LSOH) and validated performance (GHMT).

Suitable for

• High-speed server uplinks and switch-to-switch connections in data centres
• Short-distance 25GBASE-T and 40GBASE-T links
• Professional network racks and patch panels where interference must be minimised

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat8.1
• Length: 2 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Shielding: S/FTP
• Colour: Yellow
• Safety: LSOH (halogen-free, flame-retardant)
• Certification: GHMT

How to use

Connect the RJ-45 connectors to compatible Ethernet ports on switches, servers or network devices. Ensure ports support the intended speed (25G/40G where applicable) and route the cable to avoid sharp bends or mechanical stress. Use appropriate patch panels or cable management to maintain shielding integrity and organised routing.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this Cat8.1 cable for short horizontal or inter-rack connections in controlled environments; avoid excessive pulling force and keep the cable away from strong sources of interference despite its shielding. Verify device and port compatibility for 25GBASE-T or 40GBASE-T operation.
