Καλώδιο δικτύου ROLINE 21.15.1851 5m Cat.8.1 S/FTP κίτρινο

The ROLINE 21.15.1851 is a 5 m Cat8.1 networking cable designed for high-speed short-distance Ethernet links. It uses S/FTP (S-STP) shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends to support demanding data transmission scenarios while reducing electromagnetic interference. The cable is halogen-free and flame-retardant (LSOH) and is GHMT certified for quality and performance.

Advantages

Cat 8.1 specification enables significantly higher data rates for short-distance links, compatible with 25GBASE-T and 40GBASE-T applications. S/FTP shielding provides superior protection against crosstalk and external interference. The LSOH jacket reduces toxic fumes and flame propagation. Pre-terminated RJ-45 connectors allow quick, plug-and-play installation in compatible network equipment.

Suitable for

• High-speed server-to-switch links in data centres
• Short-distance backbone connections supporting 25GBASE-T or 40GBASE-T
• Workstation or patch-panel connections requiring low-interference cabling
• Environments where halogen-free, flame-retardant cables are preferred

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat8.1
• Length: 5 m
• Shielding: S/FTP (S-STP)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Colour: Yellow
• Safety: LSOH (halogen-free, flame-retardant)
• Certifications: GHMT certified

How to use

Connect each RJ-45 connector to the corresponding port on network devices such as switches, routers, or servers. Ensure both endpoints support the required speed and that cable routing avoids sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For best performance, use this cable for short-distance links as defined by Cat8.1 guidelines.

Recommendations

Use the ROLINE Cat8.1 cable for short-range, high-bandwidth connections in data centre or enterprise environments; verify device compatibility with 25G/40GBASE-T where applicable and avoid running alongside high-power electrical lines to minimize interference.
