LogiLink Networking Cable Cat.6A (2.00 m) in orange is a high-speed RJ45 patch cable designed for 10G Ethernet applications. The S/FTP (PIMF) construction with bare copper conductors and LSZH jacket provides reliable signal transmission and reduced smoke and halogen emissions. This Cat6A cable conforms to ISO/IEC 11801, EN50288 and TIA/EIA-568-C.2 standards and weighs approximately 80 g.

Advantages

The shielded S/FTP (PIMF) design minimises electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, supporting stable 10 Gbps data transfer over short distances. Bare copper AWG 26/7 conductors ensure good conductivity and low attenuation. The LSZH jacket reduces toxic and corrosive gas emission in case of fire, and the standard RJ-45 connectors guarantee wide compatibility with network equipment.

Suitable for

• 10G Ethernet connections in server rooms and data centres
• Office network patching and horizontal cabling
• Workstations and network switches requiring shielded cabling
• Environments where low-smoke, zero-halogen jacket is required

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.6A (10G)
• Length: 2.00 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Cable type: S/FTP (PIMF), Shielded Twisted Pair
• Conductor: Bare copper, AWG 26/7
• Jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Weight: 80 g
• Standards: ISO/IEC 11801, EN50288, TIA/EIA-568-C.2
• Colour: Orange

How to use

Connect the RJ-45 plugs to the corresponding ports on networking devices such as switches, routers or network cards. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and secured by the latch. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical strain; maintain proper separation from high-power electrical cables to preserve shielding effectiveness.

Recommendations

For optimal 10G performance, use this Cat.6A S/FTP cable for short to medium patch runs within racks and between equipment in shielded or controlled cabling environments. Inspect connectors for damage before installation and avoid excessive bending or crushing of the cable.
