Καλώδιο δικτύου Lindy 3m Cat.6A S/FTP LSZH RJ-45 γκρι

The Lindy 3m Cat.6A S/FTP LSZH RJ-45 Grey network cable is a shielded Ethernet cable designed for high-speed wired connections. It supports transmission frequencies up to 500 MHz and is suitable for 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GBase-T). The cable uses an overall braided shield plus foil shielding around each pair (S/FTP) and is manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801. The LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) outer sheath reduces smoke and eliminates halogen emissions, making the cable appropriate for indoor and public-space installations. Both ends are fitted with RJ-45 connectors and gold-plated contacts for corrosion-resistant connections.

Advantages

The Cat.6A S/FTP construction provides improved protection against electromagnetic and crosstalk interference compared with unshielded cables. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts deliver reliable, low-corrosion terminations for long service life. The snagless connector design protects the latch from damage during installation and removal. The LSZH jacket offers increased safety by minimising smoke and toxic gas release in the event of fire.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections (10GBase-T)
• High-speed LAN wiring in offices, data rooms and server cabinets
• Indoor and public-area installations requiring low-smoke, halogen-free cabling
• General wired networking between routers, switches, PCs and networked devices

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat.6A (S/FTP)
• Bandwidth / Frequency: up to 500 MHz
• Length: 3 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Contacts: gold-plated
• Sheath: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Compliance: manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Connect each RJ-45 end to the corresponding Ethernet ports on network devices such as switches, routers or computers. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks; the snagless design reduces the risk of latch breakage while handling. For best performance, avoid kinking or tightly coiling the cable and keep it away from strong electrical interference sources where possible.

Recommendations

For installations requiring the full 10GBase-T performance, use proper channel terminations and maintain installation practices recommended by ISO/IEC 11801. In public or enclosed spaces where fire safety is a concern, choose LSZH cabling like this Lindy Cat.6A to reduce smoke and toxic emissions.
