The EFB Elektronik Patchkabel RJ45 S/UTP Cat5e 3m Blue is a 3‑meter network cable with RJ‑45 connectors at both ends, designed for reliable Ethernet connections in home and office environments. The Cat5e specification supports high‑speed data transmission for typical LAN and internet applications. The cable’s blue jacket makes it easy to identify in structured cabling setups.

Advantages

The cable complies with current DIN, VDE, UL/CSA and MIL quality standards and is produced under monitored mechanical and electronic testing procedures. Tests and inspections are performed already upon receipt of supplied components and throughout production, and individual test certificates are available on request. Manufacturing follows DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 processes and includes 100% product testing and inspection as well as material selection in line with RoHS regulations.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, routers and switches in home networks
• Office Ethernet connections and patch panel links
• Structured cabling installations requiring Cat5e performance

How to use

Insert each RJ‑45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port on your devices (PC, router, switch or patch panel) until it clicks into place. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and mechanical strain; ensure connectors are fully seated for reliable contact. For structured installations, label both ends if required and follow the site’s cable management practices.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid placing the cable parallel and close to strong electromagnetic sources (large motors, unshielded power cables). Use the cable within the Cat5e specification limits for data rates and distances; replace if connectors or the jacket show visible damage.
