Καλώδιο δικτύου EFB Elektronik K8702.30 RJ-45 Cat5e 30 m Κίτρινο

The EFB Elektronik K8702.30 is a 30 m Cat5e networking cable in a high-visibility yellow jacket. Designed for structured cabling, it uses S/UTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts to maintain reliable signal transmission. The cable supports data rates up to 2500 Mbit/s, making it suitable for a range of Ethernet applications in home and business environments where a longer run and clear cable identification are needed.

Advantages

The cable combines Cat5e performance with S/UTP shielding to offer stable data transmission in environments with potential interference. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors improve connection durability and reduce contact resistance. The 30 m length provides extended reach without the need for additional patching, and the yellow jacket enhances visibility for easier routing and maintenance.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers, switches and routers in home or office networks
• Temporary network setups at events or workshops where visibility is important
• Structured cabling runs requiring a single longer cable between network points
• Environments with moderate electromagnetic interference where S/UTP shielding is beneficial

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat5e
• Shielding type: S/UTP (screened twisted pair)
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Maximum supported data rate: 2500 Mbit/s
• Length: 30 m
• Outer jacket colour: Yellow

How to use

Route the cable between network devices, avoiding tight bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference where possible. Insert the RJ-45 plugs firmly into the corresponding ports on devices such as switches, routers or network interfaces until the latch engages. For wall or ceiling runs, secure the cable with appropriate clips or cable ties without compressing the jacket. If testing is required, use a network cable tester to verify continuity and correct pairing before putting the connection into regular use.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable in parallel alongside high-voltage power lines and maintain bend radii recommended for Ethernet cabling. Use the yellow colour to label or separate network runs visually, and replace the cable if connectors or the jacket show signs of wear to preserve connection reliability.
