Καλώδιο δικτύου Digitus CAT 6A S/FTP RJ-45 Cat6a 3m γκρι

The DIGITUS Network Cable CAT 6A S/FTP RJ-45, 3 m, is a component-level tested patch cord designed for high-performance Ethernet installations. The cable features copper conductors, S/FTP shielding and LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) sheath for improved fire behaviour and low smoke emissions. A transparent yellow RJ-45 plug with metal shielding identifies the Category 6A specification and supports operation up to 500 MHz; the cord is PoE+ ready and comes in grey cable colour.

Advantages

Component level tested to ISO/IEC 11801 and DIN EN 50173 Category 6A standards, this patch cord provides verified electrical performance including NEXT up to 500 MHz. The S/FTP construction reduces electromagnetic interference, while the LSZH jacket limits smoke and halogen output in case of fire. The moulded boot includes kink protection, strain relief and a latch protector to reduce connector damage during installation and operation.

Suitable for

• Structured cabling in office and data centre environments
• High-speed Ethernet applications up to 10 Gigabit where Cat6A performance is required
• PoE and PoE+ powered devices such as IP phones, cameras and access points

Key specifications

• Length: 3 m
• Category: Cat 6A / Class EA
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + individually shielded pairs)
• Connector: RJ-45 with metal shielding, transparent yellow plug
• Conductor material: Copper (Cu)
• Jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Performance: tested up to 500 MHz
• PoE support: PoE+
• Colour: Grey (cable)

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device (switch, router or patch panel) and the other end to the client device (PC, server, access point or IP camera). Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks and avoid tight bending near the moulded boot to maintain strain relief and preserve cable performance. Use proper patch panel ports and maintain recommended channel configurations for certified end-to-end performance.

Recommendations

For optimum performance, avoid running the cable in parallel with power lines, maintain minimum bend radius specified by the manufacturer, and verify installation using appropriate Cat6A certification tools when used in certified structured cabling installations.
