Καλώδιο δικτύου DeLOCK 85864 0,5 m Cat6 S/FTP γκρι

This networking cable by DELOCK is a 0.5 m Cat6 S/FTP cable with angled RJ-45 connectors on both ends, designed to connect networking devices such as a NIC, switch or patch panel. The S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference to support reliable high-speed data transmission in close-proximity installations. The grey jacket provides a neutral appearance suitable for network closets and behind equipment.

Advantages

The Cat6 specification supports higher bandwidth compared with earlier categories, while the S/FTP (overall braid with individually foil‑shielded pairs) construction offers improved protection against crosstalk and external interference. The angled RJ-45 plug enables a space-saving connection in tight areas behind appliances or inside racks. At 0.5 m length the cable is suitable for short runs where excess cable should be minimised.

Suitable for

• Connecting a network interface card (NIC) to a switch
• Patch panel to switch connections in crowded racks
• Short links between network devices behind equipment or in cabinets

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 85864
• EAN: 4043619858644
• Type: Cat6 S/FTP network cable
• Length: 0.5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45 (angled plug)
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network port until the latch clicks. Use the angled end where space behind the device is limited to achieve a low-profile connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; maintain bend radius recommended for Ethernet cables to preserve signal integrity.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this Cat6 S/FTP cable for short-distance, high-speed links and keep it away from strong electromagnetic sources. Do not overstress the connectors or bend the cable sharply; replace the cable if the shielding or plug shows visible damage.
