Καλώδιο δικτύου Dätwyler 21.05.0512 κίτρινο 1 m Cat6a S/FTP

The Dätwyler 21.05.0512 Yellow 1m Cat6a S/FTP networking cable is a single-meter patch cable designed for high-speed Ethernet connections. Constructed to meet Cat6a standards with S/FTP (S-STP) shielding, the cable supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet over copper in environments where reduced crosstalk and electromagnetic interference are required. Both ends are terminated with standard RJ-45 plugs and the bright yellow jacket provides visual identification in patch panels and cable runs.

Advantages

This Cat6a S/FTP cable delivers stable high-bandwidth performance with improved protection against external noise thanks to foil and braided shielding. The 1 meter length makes it suitable for short patching between switches, servers, and patch panels without excess cable slack. The RJ-45 terminations ensure compatibility with common network equipment and the colored jacket aids in organized cable management.

Suitable for

• Short-distance patching in data centers and server rooms
• Connecting switches, routers, patch panels, and network appliances
• 10 Gigabit Ethernet applications and high-throughput LAN segments
• Environments requiring reduced electromagnetic interference and crosstalk

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (individual foil around pairs + overall braided shield)
• Length: 1 meter
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Color: Yellow jacket for visual identification
• Typical use: 10 Gigabit Ethernet over copper, high-speed LAN connectivity

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port on network devices until the latch clicks to ensure a secure connection. For best signal integrity, avoid sharp bends, kinks, or tight bundling that can deform the cable or stress the shielding. Use the 1 meter length for direct patching between adjacent equipment in racks, on shelves, or across short distances in networking cabinets.

Recommendations

Place the cable away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference such as unshielded power lines or large motors. When running multiple cables, maintain proper separation or use shielded conduit to preserve shielding effectiveness. Replace the cable if connectors become damaged or if consistent connection errors are observed.
