IRIX Edge Vari ND 2-5 77mm Μεταβλητό φίλτρο ουδέτερης πυκνότητας

Capturing motion blur in bright daylight often forces photographers to compromise on aperture or shutter speed. The IRIX Edge Vari ND 2-5 77mm solves this by providing a variable neutral density filter that reduces light by 1 to 5 stops, allowing you to maintain creative control over exposure without changing your composition. Whether you're shooting silky waterfalls, streaking clouds, or cinematic video, this filter delivers smooth, consistent results.

Who is it for

This variable ND filter is ideal for landscape and travel photographers, videographers, and content creators who need flexibility in changing light conditions. Its slim profile and 77mm thread make it a perfect match for standard zoom lenses and prime lenses with that filter size. The ability to quickly adjust density from 1 to 5 stops is especially valuable when you're working without a tripod or need to adapt to shifting sunlight.

Main features

• Variable Density: Offers ND2 to ND32 (0.3 to 1.5 optical density) for 1 to 5 stops of light reduction.
• High-Quality Optics: Constructed with super-high resolution optical glass and multi-layer NANO coatings that are anti-reflective, hydrophobic, and oleophobic.
• Neutral Color Rendition: Maintains accurate colors without introducing a color cast.
• X-Pattern Minimization: Engineered to reduce or eliminate the dreaded X-pattern that can occur with variable ND filters.
• Durable Build: Slim, low-profile aluminum alloy frame that is both lightweight and robust.
• Front Thread: Allows for stacking additional filters or attaching a lens cap.

Tips

To achieve the best results, set your camera to manual or aperture-priority mode and adjust the filter ring slowly to avoid over-darkening. When using wide-angle lenses, be aware that the X-pattern may still appear at higher densities; stopping down slightly or adjusting the filter can help. Always attach the filter securely and use a lens cap for protection when not in use.
