Hypertec 243770-HY Καλώδιο δικτύου κόκκινο 7 m Cat6 U/UTP (UTP)

The Hypertec 243770-HY Red 7 m Cat6 U/UTP networking cable provides a 7 metre connection with RJ-45 connectors on both ends. Designed for Cat6 performance, the cable supports high-speed Ethernet links in home, office and small data center environments. The U/UTP construction (overall shielded with unshielded twisted pairs) helps reduce external interference while maintaining flexibility for standard installations. The red jacket offers clear visual identification within a structured cabling system.

Advantages

This Cat6 cable offers consistent Gigabit-capable performance over a 7 m length and is compatible with standard RJ-45 network ports. The U/UTP shielding reduces susceptibility to external electromagnetic interference without requiring individually shielded pairs, which keeps the cable lightweight and easy to route. Its factory-fitted RJ-45 connectors ensure plug-and-play connectivity and reliable contact with network devices. The red colour simplifies cable management and quick visual tracing in multi-cable setups.

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network port on your router, switch or device until the latch clicks. Ensure the cable is routed without sharp bends and avoid running it parallel and close to high-voltage power lines to minimise interference. For structured cabling, label both ends if necessary and secure the cable with cable ties or clips to prevent strain on connectors. The cable is ready for immediate use with standard Ethernet hardware and does not require termination or configuration.

Recommendations

Use the Hypertec Cat6 U/UTP cable for connections up to 7 metres where Cat6 performance is required. Maintain bend radii greater than the cable diameter, avoid kinking and do not exceed recommended pull tensions during installation. When installing near potential EMI sources, consider routing options or additional shielding at termination points.
