Hama Καλώδιο δικτύου Γκρι 5 m Cat6 F/UTP FTP 1000 Mbit/s

The Hama 00200924 networking cable is a 5 m Cat6 F/UTP (FTP) cable with RJ-45 connectors designed for wired network connections. It supports Gigabit Ethernet data transfer at speeds up to 1 Gbps and features additional shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference while maintaining a professional grey appearance.

Advantages

This Cat6 F/UTP cable delivers stable Gigabit Ethernet performance up to 1000 Mbit/s and uses RJ-45 connectors for broad compatibility with network devices. The additional shielding (FTP) helps minimise electromagnetic interference, improving signal integrity in environments with multiple cables or electronic equipment. A 5 m length provides flexibility for typical home or office setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches and routers at home or in the office
• High-speed wired network connections requiring up to 1 Gbps
• Environments where reduced electromagnetic interference is desired

Key specifications

• Cable type: Cat6 F/UTP (FTP)
• Length: 5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s (Gigabit Ethernet)
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to your network device (PC, switch, router) and the other RJ-45 connector to the corresponding port on the opposite device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to establish a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep it away from strong electrical sources where possible to maintain signal quality.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this Cat6 F/UTP cable for Gigabit Ethernet links and avoid running it parallel to mains power cables for long distances. Inspect connectors for damage before use and replace the cable if shielding or connector integrity is compromised.
