Hama 00200682 καλώδιο δικτύου μαύρο 5 m Cat6a S/FTP (S-STP)

The Hama 00200682 RJ-45 Cat6a networking cable is a 5 m black Ethernet cable designed for high-speed wired connections. It supports Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet data rates up to 10 Gbps and uses S/FTP double shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference while maintaining signal integrity. The cable has slimline RJ-45 plugs on both ends and flexible materials for improved kink protection and durability.

Advantages

Cat6a specification and support for data transfer up to 10 Gbps provide high transmission capacity for demanding network applications. S/FTP double shielding reduces crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference. Slimline RJ-45 plugs suit mobile or flat devices and tight installation spaces. Flexible construction improves kink resistance and reduces the risk of cable breakage, while quality materials and workmanship ensure consistent transmission performance.

Suitable for

• Wired connections between routers, switches and networked devices
• High-speed home or small office networks requiring up to 10 Gbps
• Connections in confined spaces or with slim devices
• Applications where reduced electromagnetic interference is important

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat6a
• Data transfer rate: up to 10 Gbps (10000 Mbit/s)
• Length: 5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Shielding: S/FTP (double shielding)
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your network device (router, switch, PC or NAS) and the other plug to the corresponding port on the second device. Ensure plugs are fully inserted until they click to secure the connection. For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable. Route the cable away from high-power electrical lines to minimise interference.

Recommendations

For stable 10 Gbps performance, use the cable within its specified length and avoid running it near strong electromagnetic sources. Inspect connectors periodically for dust or damage and replace the cable if the outer jacket or shielding appears compromised.
