Place the WD4 on a finger and adjust the ring for a secure but comfortable fit. Rotate the scanner head to the preferred orientation for left or right hand use. Pair the device with your host using Bluetooth 5.0 or connect via EasyConnect to Android, iOS or Windows devices. Use the thumb trigger for single scans or rely on EasySet configuration and internal memory to collect data offline. Recharge the unit using the supplied magnetic-to-USB cable or place it in a compatible charging cradle.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, keep the scanner head clean and ensure barcodes are within typical scanning distance and not excessively damaged. Charge the WD4 before a full shift and, when managing multiple units, use linked charging cradles to centralize power and reduce downtime.
