Φορητός αναγνώστης barcode Datalogic QuickScan Mobile QM2131

The Datalogic QuickScan Mobile QM2131 is a handheld 1D bar code reader designed for reliable linear decoding in retail, logistics and document-processing environments. It combines a CCD-based imager, wired and wireless connectivity and a removable 1400 mAh Li‑Ion battery in a compact 190 g housing with IP42 protection. The device is optimized for reading long linear bar codes at close range thanks to an extra-wide field of view and an extra-long, highly visible scan line.

Advantages

The QM2131 offers improved performance on long linear bar codes through an extended scan line and enhanced depth of field that enable intuitive reading distances. Its extrawide field of view and sharp scan line simplify aiming for users. Cordless operation uses Datalogic’s STAR 2.0 433 MHz system to provide secure narrow-band radio communications with low sensitivity to common obstacles. The battery is user-replaceable and the scanner includes a microUSB port for auxiliary charging, configuration and operation without the cradle.

Suitable for

• Retail point-of-sale and shelf labeling
• Utilities billing and document processing
• Warehousing and light distribution tasks
• Packaging and inventory counting where long linear bar codes are used

How to use

Charge the removable Li‑Ion battery in the cradle or via the scanner’s microUSB port before first use. To scan, aim the visible scan line along the length of the linear barcode at an intuitive working distance and press the trigger; the extended field of view assists with alignment. For cordless operation, pair the scanner with the STAR 2.0 base using the provided setup procedure. The microUSB port can be used for temporary operation, firmware updates or configuration downloads.

Recommendations

For best results with long linear bar codes, position the scanner so the long scan line crosses the entire barcode and maintain the scanner within the device’s recommended working distance; replace the battery as needed and keep firmware current for optimal radio performance.
