Φορητός αναγνώστης barcode Datalogic PM9600-HP433RBK10 1D/2D λέιζερ ενσύρματος ασύρματος

The Datalogic PowerScan PM9600-HP (PM9600-HP433RBK10) is a high-performance handheld 1D/2D barcode scanner supplied as a USB kit (scanner, BC9630-433 cradle, CAB-552 cable, 8-0935 power supply and 6003-0940 power cord). Built for industrial use, it combines rugged construction (IP65/IP67, 2.5 m drop resistance, trigger rated to 10 million actuations) with flexible connectivity options including wired and 433 MHz wireless operation. The device uses a Lithium-Ion battery and is designed to deliver fast, reliable scanning in manufacturing, intralogistics and retail environments.

Advantages

The PowerScan PM9600-HP provides long-range, high-speed reading using a dual-camera high-performance configuration and offers read rates up to 20% faster than comparable models. Its exchangeable communication modules and cradle-based connectivity support RS-232, USB, USB-C, Ethernet, Ethernet/IP or Profinet without additional third-party interfaces. Wireless charging in the cradle and smart battery management improve device uptime and allow predictive maintenance by reporting device and battery health.

Suitable for

• Industrial manufacturing traceability and line-side scanning
• Warehouse picking, sorting and intralogistics operations
• Retail backroom and distribution centre scanning
• Applications requiring long-distance 1D/2D reads or high throughput

How to use

Charge the scanner in the supplied BC9630-433 cradle; wireless charging avoids reliance on physical charging contacts. Configure the communication interface via the cradle or inline module to match your host system (PC, industrial PC, tablet or PLC) using RS-232, USB, USB-C, Ethernet, Ethernet/IP or Profinet as required. For wireless operation, pair the scanner with the cradle using the 433 MHz STAR radio to maximize range and minimize interference. Aim the scanner at the barcode and press the trigger; successful reads are indicated by the device’s green spot and display feedback on the OLED screen.

Recommendations

Use the high-performance PM9600-HP model when you require extended read distance or faster throughput. Maintain the cradle and keep firmware updated to benefit from device health reporting and predictive maintenance features; replace batteries according to the battery health indicators to sustain optimal uptime.
