Fischer DuoHM 5x55 S PH PZ ούπα κοίλου τοίχου 55 mm 4 τεμ. 572912

For electricians and drywall installers, the Fischer DuoHM 5x55 S PH PZ cavity anchor solves the challenge of securing fixtures to hollow panels like plasterboard. Its zinc-plated steel construction and spreading arms deliver reliable holding power in a compact 55 mm length.

Key specifications

• Anchor type: Cavity anchor with metric internal thread M5
• Material: Zinc-plated steel for corrosion resistance
• Anchor length: 55 mm
• Drill hole diameter: 10 mm
• Panel thickness range: 3 mm to 13 mm
• Maximum fixture thickness: 10 mm
• Screw head drive: Phillips (PH) / Pozi (PZ) combination
• Pack quantity: 4 pieces

Why choose it

The DuoHM features spreading arms that fold behind the panel, distributing load over a larger area and preventing pull-out. Anti-rotation lugs keep the anchor stable during installation, while the pre-positioned design allows the fixture to be mounted directly onto the anchor without disassembly.

Ideal use cases

• Mounting shelves, cabinets, and handrails on plasterboard walls
• Securing light fixtures and cable trays to gypsum fibreboard
• Installing brackets on chipboard or light building boards
• Applications requiring a removable screw connection (metric thread)

Good to know

For best results, use the Fischer HM-Z 1 setting tool or a similar device to ensure proper expansion. The anchor is suitable for panels with a minimum thickness of 3 mm and a maximum of 13 mm. Recommended loads for 12.5 mm plasterboard are 0.15 kN in shear and 0.08 kN in tension. Always verify the panel material and thickness before installation.
