Weighing 65 g and finished in yellow, the tool is suitable for fieldwork and portable toolkits.

Advantages

The tool combines crimping and stripping functions in a single compact body, saving space and time. Its design enables accurate stripping of multiple cable types, including the ability to strip foil from all four pairs of U-FTP cables at once, which speeds up termination. The lightweight construction improves handling during extended use.

Suitable for

• Network installers terminating CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6a and CAT7 cables
• Technicians working with U-FTP (foil shielded) data cables
• DIYers assembling patch cables and performing home network upgrades

Key specifications

• Brand: Lanview

How to use

Place the cable into the designated stripping slot and rotate or clamp according to the tool’s geometry to remove the outer jacket without nicking conductors. For U-FTP cables, position the pairs under the foil-stripping guide so the tool removes the foil from all four pairs simultaneously. Use the crimping section to terminate connectors after wires are correctly prepared and aligned. Follow connector manufacturer instructions for final termination pressure and inspection.

Recommendations

Inspect the cable jacket and conductors before stripping, and perform a test strip on a spare cable to confirm settings. Keep the tool clean and store in a dry place to maintain cutting edges and alignment.
