Εργαλείο πρέσας καλωδίων extra digital 2008R για βύσματα RJ45

Crimping tool extra digital 2008R is a manual hand tool designed for cutting, stripping and crimping unshielded ribbon telephone cables and modular plugs including RJ10 (7.65 mm), RJ11/12 (9.65 mm) and RJ45 (11.68 mm). Made of chrome vanadium electric steel with oil hardening, the tool combines a length cutter, dismantling knife for 6 and 12 mm ribbon cables and an additional stripping device for round cables to support on-site network installation and repair tasks.

Advantages

The 2008R delivers exact crimps through a parallel crimping mechanism and ensures repetitive high-quality results with an integral self-releasing lock. A toggle lever provides improved force transmission for reduced operator fatigue. Built-in cutting and stripping functions eliminate the need for separate tools during connector assembly.

Suitable for

• Cutting and stripping unshielded ribbon telephone cables (6 mm and 12 mm length)
• Crimping RJ10 (7.65 mm), RJ11/12 (9.65 mm) and RJ45 (11.68 mm) modular plugs
• On-site network installation, maintenance and repair of Ethernet and telephone connections
• Technicians and installers requiring a combined cutting/stripping/crimping hand tool

Key specifications

• Manufacturer: extra digital
• Model: 2008R
• EAN: 4775342530763
• Compatible plug widths: RJ10 7.65 mm, RJ11/12 9.65 mm, RJ45 11.68 mm
• Functions: parallel crimping, length cutter, dismantling knife (6 mm & 12 mm ribbon), stripping device for round cables
• Material: chrome vanadium electric steel, oil‑hardened

How to use

Prepare the cable by cutting to length with the built-in cutter. Use the dismantling knife to expose 6 mm or 12 mm of conductors on ribbon telephone cables or the stripping device for round cables. Insert the connector with wires correctly aligned and place into the appropriate crimping slot. Squeeze the handles until the integral lock releases to complete the crimping cycle, then remove the terminated connector.

Recommendations

For consistent results, verify wire alignment before crimping and use the correct crimping slot for the connector width. Keep the tool clean and periodically lubricate pivot points; store dry to preserve the oil‑hardened steel.
