Equip Cat.6A S/FTP Patchkabel RJ-45 0,25 m μωβ

The Equip Cat.6A S/FTP Patch Cable (0.25 m, purple) is a short RJ-45 patch lead engineered for high-speed data transmission up to 10000 Mbit/s. Constructed with S/FTP shielding and gold-plated RJ-45 connectors, this Cat.6A cable is intended for demanding network environments and 10GBase-T applications where reduced interference and reliable signal quality are required.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding provides improved protection against electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, while the Cat.6A specification supports higher bandwidth and an increased signal-to-noise margin for error-free 10G performance. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure stable contact and corrosion resistance. The 0.25 m length is suitable for neat patching in racks and close-proximity connections.

Suitable for

• 10GBase-T network connections
• Patch panels and rack-mounted switches with short-distance connections
• High-density cabling environments where interference reduction is important
• Workstations, servers and network equipment requiring stable, short link connections

Key specifications

• Cable length: 0.25 m
• Standard: Cat.6A
• Shielding: S/FTP
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated
• Data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s (10 Gbit/s)
• Cabling technology: 10GBase-T
• Colour: Purple
• Weight: 0.016 kg

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network ports on your devices, patch panel or switch. Ensure connectors are fully seated to establish optimal contact. Use the 0.25 m length for short links inside racks, between adjacent devices or for tidy desk installations. Avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable to maintain shielding effectiveness and connector integrity.

Recommendations

For best performance in 10GBase-T setups, keep the cable runs short as intended, route away from large sources of electromagnetic interference, and verify link speed and duplex settings on connected devices after installation.
